Qi Gong is inspired by the graceful and dynamic movements of the Wild Goose in the different phases of its daily life. In an energetic and joyful choreography, he invites us to move with fluidity and flexibility, becoming fully aware of the gesture and the flows of energy that animate him. Harmonious and rhythmic movements release bodily and psycho-emotional tensions, stimulate the circulation of energy and blood throughout the body, strengthen and harmonize the vital energy potential. Regular practice improves health, well-being and longevity in mind-body balance. It develops the inner peace of the Heart and the clarity of the Spirit, in order to cultivate the realization of the Being. Da Yan Qi Gong, rich and complete, is made up of many dynamic and meditative forms. It is rooted in the three Chinese philosophies (Buddhist, Taoist and Confucian), uses the concepts of traditional Chinese medicine, and incorporates a therapeutic dimension. Da Yan Qi Gong is for everyone, regardless of age, physical condition, and seniority in practice.
Philippe Lingée studied Da Yan Qi Gong with Masters Chen Chuan Gang, Hu Bingkun, Tang Shou Zheng and Zhou Jing Hong. He received the teaching certificate from Grand Master Chen of whom he is a disciple. He is a therapist in Traditional Chinese Medicine and an expert trainer in Chinese energy arts for the FAEMC federation.
