This workshop is based on several types of dances including oriental dance the link with nature (we dance part of the day outdoors) stretching, breathing exercises, movements from the qi gong dancing games. Due to the diversification of the teaching approach, between 6 and 8 hours of dancing per day are very affordable for beginners as well as for people of a certain age, and evenings of additional activities are planned.
